Mr. Denis E. LeBlanc, age 87, of Foyer St-Thomas, St-Joseph, NB passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, May 4, 1998.
Born in Belliveau Village, NB, he was the son of the late Edmond LeBlanc and the late Sara Cormier. He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of the Club D'Age d'Or de Pré-d'en-Haut.
He is survived by his wife, Mélendée (LeBlanc) LeBlanc, five daughters, Andréa (Joseph) Aucoin, Marie (René) Lelièvre both of Waltham, Mass., Délina (Gérald) Doiron of Leominster, Mass., Anna (John) Nowlan of Bouctouche, NB, Rita (Sam) Aucoin of Hudson, Mass.; five sons, Aldéric (Diane) LeBlanc of Hudson, Mass., Raymond (Marie) LeBlanc of Orange, Mass., Michel (Joan), LeBlanc of Waltham, Mass., Gerald (Christine) LeBlanc of Lowell, Mass., Edgar (Tina) LeBlanc, Malboro, Mass.; one sister, Alma (Edgar) LeBlanc of Belliveau Village; 29 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Anna and Yvonne.
Remains resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd., Memramcook, NB with the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph, NB on Thursday, May 7, 1998 at 11 a.m. with Father Ulysse LeBlanc officiating. Interment in Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation Cemetery, Pré-d'en-Haut, NB.
